In my opinion she wants to show that the muslim law really wants to punish them those whose disobey this law.and for other muslim may not do things against their law which I think it is found in Koran.Sad to say they only punish those who are "helpless".But what about those people that brings disaster or even death to other people?They do nothing about it.They did not even cane Mr.Mas Selamat in public to show that they are really sincere about obeying the Koran.
