I grew up on super hero comics. One in particular is most memorable. That timid Daily Planet reporter called Clark Kent who, in an instant, can change into Superman. Besides having the ability to fly at great speed across the universe, Superman also has the great strength. Sure, he has his vulnerabilities – to Kryptonite of various colors. But he also possesses one amazing power – the power to see through objects, including humans, with his x-ray vision.
Security scanning technology has improved so much that today it is possible for an x-ray security scanner to actually see through a person’s clothing to search for concealed weapons. This is Superman’s x-ray vision in a modern day machine.
But now there is something even better. You don’t need x-ray vision to see through a frog! Just use your normal eye vision. But this is a very special frog. It is endangered. It goes by various names – Glass Frog, Crystal Frog, and Transparent Frog. First discovered in 2009 in Ecuador, similar specie of this frog is also found in Boliva, Panama, Mexico and Venezeula.
What makes this frog transparent is its lime green body, making it like a glass body. With the naked human eye, it is possible to see the Glass Frog’s heart, liver and its disgestive organ. It is quite eerie to look through the Glass Frog to see its internal organs.
Now let’s change the scenario. Instead of man looking at the transparent Glass Frog to see its heart, suppose it is God looking at man. What do you think is the result? Let’s hear it from the Bible.
But the LORD said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the LORD does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart” (1Sam 16:7).
Don’t try to avoid responsibility by saying you didn’t know about it. For God knows all hearts, and he sees you. He keeps watch over your soul, and he knows you knew! And he will judge all people according to what they have done (Prov 24:12).
Yes, how will you feel when you stand before God at His throne, knowing that He sees through your heart? But the good news is that God need not see through you. You can hide yourself in Christ, so that God sees the Lord Jesus Christ instead of you.
For you died when Christ died, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God (Col 3:3).

Would be great if the blog had some pics, like the one of the glass frog
