There is a Latin phrase that aptly describes Tiger Woods’ apology on TV the other day. It is called “mea culpa”. Translated into English, it simply means “my fault”, or “my own fault”. And so we hear Tiger Woods said, live on TV channels throughout USA and around the world, these words: “ I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selfish behavior I engaged in.” And again: “For all that I have done, I am so sorry.” And also: “ What I did is not acceptable, and I am the only person to blame.” But some of his mistresses are not satisfied with Tiger Woods’ apology. They want a personal apology.
Mistress Veronica Siwik-Daniels, also known as Joslyn James, one time pornstar said she wants “an apology, one that was meaningful and that meant something, and I didn’t hear none of that.”
Mistress Jaimee Grubbs, fromer ”Tool Academy” reality-cast member also reportedly demanded an apology as well.
Mistress Loredana Jolie Ferriolo, Playboy model, said: ”He didn’t mention anything about the girls he had trysts with. It seems like he was just brushing it off and not getting into it. I think he should’ve mentioned something in regards to the girls - an apology or something.”
Wait a minute. If anyone deserves a personal apology, should that person be Elin Nordegren, who afterall, is the wife of Tiger Woods? So why are these mistresses demanding an apology from Tiger Woods?
The answer is that they felt cheated, because they didn’t know of the existence of the legions of other mistresses in Tiger Woods life. They are also angry that Tiger Woods has dragged them through the mud, and their lives have been changed forever.
Loredana Jolie Ferriolo said: “My life has changed drastically. He was saying how the media was harassing him and going around after his kids, disturbing his family. But I’m sure all the girls have dealt with the same.” Joslyn James said: “I would be open to a telephoned apology from Tiger but I really feel that I deserve to look at him in person, face to face, in the eyes because I did not deserve this.”
And now Loredana Jolie Ferriolo says she is going to write a book about her affair with Tiger Woods. She said: “There’s a lot more that the public does not know, that’s why I’m writing a book.”
Well, if Lorendana Jolie Ferriolo is going to write a book, what about the other mistresses? Will they cash in and write too? Looks like the Tiger Woods saga won’t be ending anytime soon even after his televised apology.
Business tycoon Donald Trump profferred this advice to Tiger Woods: “Tiger’’s a friend of mine and I have a lot of respect for Tiger as an amazing athlete, but this whole thing has got totally out of hand. I have a whole question as to whether they should even get back together. It’’s so damaged and if the reports are just half true I would recommend Tiger just call it a bad experience, say bye-bye, go out and be a wonderful playboy and win tournaments and have a good life.”
Think about it. Does a mistress has the right to demand an apology from Tiger Woods because she now knows that he is cheating on her with other mistresses behind her back? If she thinks she has the right, then what about Tiger Woods’ wife, Elin Nordegren? Shouldn’t these mistresses apologize to Elin Nordegren? And does Donald Trump’s advice make sense in the light of Tiger Woods’ bid to save his marriage?
