The Malaysian law can’t be applied in Indonesia as it was out of jurisdiction. Furthermore they had no jurisdiction to sue Indonesian citizens. Just ignore the Malaysian court order.

“in a moment of madness” – I don’t think so. He had to somehow find out where to get it – not easy – actually, really go there, buy it, pay for it, work out how he was going to do it without getting it on himself, carry it in some container to the right place, wait for her, follow her – THEN there was a moment, not of madness, but pure self-centred stupidness.

I’m not sure there are crimes that can’t be forgiven, but this man has no right to ask for anything, from anyone, ever. His family don’t seem to have acquitted themselves in any way they can take a scrap of pride in either. When Ameneh told his mother that she wasn’t interested in him the mother said ‘He is a man, if he wants you he will have you” – sound like she could be the origin of the problem.

I fully understand A’s right to choose not to – to free herself from that dark valley, but I also understood her reason before she rescinded – that she wanted to do something so that other people will not do the same thing. When the man did the crime, he did not conceal who he was. When he faced the same himself he was terrified, he had no courage, no dignity. I find it impossible to think he would have done this if he had not thought he could get away with some minor punishment.

Was his pride hurt perhaps – Mummy’s Boy had been slighted by a woman who had the taste to reject a potential acid-thrower who she didn’t fancy as a husband. Give me the acid, the boy and the mother – I’ll do the job myself.

The Swedish government — indeed, ALL Western governments — need to make STRONG laws which order IMMEDIATE DEPORTATION of any foreigners guilty of assaulting a doctor, nurse, etc., for “religious reasons”! Not only “Make” laws — but ENFORCE THEM! No trial, no “proceedings” — ship them out on the first plane out of the country, & any “relatives” who object, can join them. If I had a guest in my home attack me or mine, I would boot them out as quickly as possible. They are GUESTS in Europe, and should abide by the rules of the country they live in!

I believe that each person has a right to practice their beliefs providing that they are not infringing on the rights of others in the community. That also means being a law abiding citizen. Carnita Mathews was evidently in the wrong and should have paid the price for her indiscretions. The officer in question would have paid a heavy price if the complaint that she lodged against him had been upheld. His future employment prospects would have been tarnished and reputation ruined, branded a racist for life. Carnita then asked for clemency for filing this false report as her children needed their mother. Was she showing any compassion for the policeman accused, he is a father and husband, equally speaking his wife and children need him. The Burka woman in question was acquitted for filing a false report. This sends out a powerful message. “Wear a BURKA, break the law, and call everyone a racist and the Australian Government Judgement will call for an ACQUITTAL. Where is the justice that seems to have left Australian Society or is this the beginning of another way of life. The opening of Pandora’s Box; The beginning of SHARIA LAW. Do we live in a Democracy or an Islamic State. I am not a racist I simply did my homework and understand the fundamental principles at work in our community. Look at the rest of the world and in the future we will catch up to the trouble that will lie ahead if we don’t stomp out this behaviour now and put laws in place to stop injustice from occurring in any format. Protect our Future Democratic Society.

a wife with or without children along with daughters with children should not have to have permission from a father or husband or any male relatives to go into a women shelter looking or needing proctection especially needing protection from all kinds of abuse inside and outside the home or workforce. they should recieve food,medical care as well.especially when they have small children under the age of 18 it effects them as well.married or not the women shelter should be available to all day or night.they should have address,telephone numbers,so they know where to go.security inside and outside and keep in confidential.the police should not reveal the names of these women period. someone to be there if they come in late past 9pm at night.
